This assumes you are doing more than a few pairs. when second piece bumps up to your fixed stop, it orients itself to match. the arm makes contact and cradles the already bent piece in order to maintain alignment for the next bend. next, drill and tap the bender body to hold a fixed length right angle locating arm at whatever orientation your design calls for. you now have two identical first bends and identical lengths. figure out your spring back and make a little stop on the bender. then do the first bend of each tube on the hand bender aligned with the scribe. The way i do this (in steel), and many others do (in ti, steel and alu), is scribe a line along each piece. these are pretty simple bends for bike frames, and easily made with a swagelok / rigid style lever bender as linked.
